Eastern Medicine

Eastern Medicine originated in China over 3,500 years ago. This healthcare system is based on the fact that there are fourteen major energy channels, called meridians, that carry blood and energy. The Chinese called the combination of blood and energy “Chi.” Just as a garden needs water to stay healthy, the body needs the proper flow of Chi to the vital organs. If you tried to water a garden with a hose that was kinked or had a blockage that prevented the water from flowing, the plants would die. The vital flow of water could not reach the plants. The body works in a similar manner. There are 2000 specific locations on the body where these blockages can occur. An Acupuncturist is trained to determine where the blockage of chi (blood and energy) is located and knows how to clear it. An allergy is a blockage or imbalance of chi.

Homeopathy

The principles of Homeopathy were formulated in the early 1800s in Germany by Samuel Hahnemann. Homeopathy works on the principle of “like cures like.” Everything has an energetic “signature.” A Homeopathic remedy is composed of the energetic signature of the substance that causes your allergy. When exposed to the Homeopathic remedy in our special way, your body corrects itself and you no longer react to that substance.

We combine the principles of Eastern Medicine meridian theory and Homeopathy to provide a powerful remedy that corrects allergic responses.
